Fiery Cherry - Strange Cane Spiced Rum (50cl)

Not like other cherry rums.

Most cherry spirits taste like a sweet shop. This doesn't. Sweet ripe cherry up front, then the spice turns up — silky smooth, then a proper fiery kick, with warm cinnamon on the finish. The balance is the whole trick. So smooth it's strange.

A limited edition. Small batch, made in Manchester, and once it's gone we can't promise it's back.

Tasting notes
Ripe cherry and a touch of sweetness up front. Warm cinnamon and spice through the middle. Smooth, gently fiery finish. Rounded, not sugary.

How to drink it
Lovely neat over ice. Top it with cola for a mean cherry coke — the one our customers reach for most. Or go long with cloudy lemonade over plenty of ice and it drinks like summer, with the cinnamon arriving at the end. There's no wrong way.
