We wanted a gingerbread rum that actually tastes like gingerbread. This is it. Loads of warm baked gingerbread upfront, smooth as anything, then a fiery cinnamon finish that creeps up on you. One sip and you're back to festive kitchens and cold nights in — the smell alone does half the work. Small batch, seriously good, and built for the season.
