Rich caramelised biscuit runs right through it — warm, sweet, unmistakable — with a proper cinnamon kick and a finish so smooth you'll forget it's 40%. People keep telling us it tastes just like their favourite caramelised biscuit spread. We won't argue.

It's a limited edition. Small batch, made in Manchester, and once it's gone we can't promise it's coming back.

Tasting notes
Caramelised biscuit and brown sugar up front. Warm cinnamon through the middle. Long, smooth, gently spiced finish. No harsh edges — that's the whole point.

How to drink it
Neat over a big cube of ice is how we'd start you off — it lets the biscuit character come through. From there it's lovely with cola. There's no wrong way.
